Our Services
Physician-to-Physician Training
Many physicians have difficulty with the standard training provided by non-clinical trainers. Code 10 has extensive experience with providing peer-to-peer training on an individual or group basis, and the ability to speak the medical jargon can help improve healthcare providers’ comfort and success with learning how to use an EHR.
Onsite Go-Live Support
Successful implementations or upgrades of any EHR often depends on experienced support staff during Go-Live events. Code 10 can not only support healthcare providers and ancillary staff during a Go-Live event but can also simultaneously assist with on-the-spot troubleshooting.
Template Customization
Our template customizations are designed to improve clinical workflow and reduce clicks, as it is lead by a physician with both extensive clinical and template customization experience.

Past Customization Project Examples
Paper Form to NextGen Template Transition
To ease the transition from paper charts to electronic medical records, Code 10 has created interactive NextGen templates with the look and feel of clients’ original paper forms, complete with Meaningful Use functionality. With our clinical and technical expertise, our goal is to strike the delicate balance between ease-of-use and compatibility with the NextGen workflow.
Automated Form Printing
We have extensive experience with creating print-on-demand forms with patient demographics, order details, and provider signatures. With the client-provided paper order forms (e.g. referrals forms, radiology forms, lab requisitions, physical therapy), we have created and customized NextGen templates to print these same forms to look as if a staff member had carefully typed in the required details.
Urgent Care/Work Comp Medication Dispensing and First Reports
We have created custom templates to simplify the ordering, dispensing, and documentation of dispensing in-house medications. In addition, the have also created a workflow for the automated printing of the “First Report” document required for Work Comp Injuries.
Residency Training Program Workflows
While NextGen includes basic functionality for resident and supervising physician documentation and sign-off, Code 10 has developed workflows and template customizations to facilitate the often complex interactions between residents (or midlevel providers) and supervising physicians, including the tracking of incomplete charts and easy-to-use internal messaging systems for teaching purposes (as opposed to communicating and responding through tasks).
